Unfortunately, after the transaction has been made, there are no refunds or exchanges. Once the fabric has been cut, the product officially becomes yours. Unlike other products, the cutting of fabric is a customized choice and therefore it cannot be resold.
We apologize for this inconvenience and therefore strongly urge you to order swatches of your product in order to prevent any discrepancies, including, but not limited to, color accuracy. However, feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your requests so long as they are within our policies.
We will always work with you to help find a satisfiable solution! However, please note that any fabric that is not in its original condition (i.e. cuts) will automatically null and void any return.
For damage claims, all requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all damage claims will be considered null and void.
