Your prices are so competitive?! How is it even possible?!

As an established fabric wholesaler, we've decided that it was time to open our warehouse doors to the public. We believe that buying fabric shouldn't break the bank, and now we're here to ensure that. No middleman and no retail rents - just plenty of fabric at the absolute best prices.


Does the fabric come in continuous piece lengths?

Yes! If you place an order for 10 yards/units of fabric, the piece will come in a continuous piece length (not in 1 yard segments). However, please note that for larger quantity orders (greater than 20 yards), it is possible that the fabric will be prepared in more than one piece due to the fabric availability. 


Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. The fabric industry is very unique in that each product is considered to be custom-tailored to a customer's needs. Once the fabric is cut from the original bolt, the product officially becomes yours. 


Do you offer swatches?

Currently we do not offer swatches through our website. Please contact our sales rep for more information. However, we do encourage you to try a yard before placing orders of larger quantity to ensure color accuracy.


The color looked different on my computer screen than in person, what do I do?

Due to resolution and monitor limitations, colors may sometimes vary from screen to screen. However, we take great pride and care in providing the most accurate colors in our pictures. Many times the color will be extremely accurate. However, please always try a small amount of yardage to confirm that the color is the one you are looking for!


Can I cancel an order?

We allow cancellations up until the fabric has been cut. Once the fabric has been cut, there will be a cancellation restocking fee applied to your order. For some fabrics, no cancellation will be accepted. Please inquire with one of our sales reps.


How long does shipping usually take?

With the free promotional shipping or the standard shipping, the packaging and preparing usually takes 1-3 business days and shipping varies based on the final destination but tends to be between 5-7 business days. These are estimates and the final preparation time and shipping time may vary. Some orders can arrive sooner, others may take a bit longer. Variation can be due to the size of the order or due to increased volume such as during holiday seasons. We will ALWAYS recommend to allow UP TO AT LEAST 10 business days to receive your order when opting for the free promotional shipping or the standard shipping. If you are on a strict timeline, we will recommend to opt for either the Same-Day processing or any of the expedited options at checkout. For all order status inquires, please wait until this 10 business day window is completed. Your patience is appreciated, we are working hard to fulfill all your needs.


Can I expedite an order?

Yes! Once you've added all of the items to your cart, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address to view your shipping options. We offer our customers a variety of shipping options including standard shipping, 3 day, 2nd day, and next day air service.


Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact our sales rep immediately to make changes to your order. Once the order has been cut, you will be unable to make changes to your order.
