Description
Double cotton gauze fabric is 100% cotton and 51/52" wide. This gauze fabric is essentially made with two plies of thin woven material that are woven together making it slightly thicker and less sheer than our original Cotton Gauze fabric.
This translucent fabric has a soft and crinkle texture with a loose-knit weave, allowing for breath-ability and comfort. With its unstructured weave, cotton gauze allows for a slight vertical stretch and minimal horizontal give.
Double cotton gauze can be used for baby slings, baby carriers, bandages, curtains, blankets, quilts, accessories and more. Gauze can also be used for apparel and fashion such as beach pants, tops, swim cover-ups, scarves, dresses, and blouses.

When my daughter asked for gauze items for her baby boy, I went to work! I made blankets, burp cloths and washcloths from the double cotton gauze. The color is a bit more greenish than baby blue, but still e beautiful color.
