Chiffon Tie-Dye Printed fabrics are 58/60" wide and woven from 100% polyester. Smooth and lush, these slightly translucent fabrics are more durable and affordable when compared to silk. At approximately 3oz per yard, Chiffon Tie-Dye Prints display transitioning colors that contrast with one and another.
Chiffon Tie-Dye Printed fabrics can be used for many apparel projects such as dresses, blouses, evening wear, dancewear, and so much more.
These prints can also be used for event decoration and home decor. Some ideas include drapes, curtains, chair sashes, backdrops, table overlays.
Compared to silk chiffon, Chiffon Tie-Dye Printed fabrics are equally soft and smooth. Additionally, they have the advantage of being more affordable, durable, and insulating.
Our polyester fabrics are wrinkle-resistant and machine washable.

This chiffon is very easy to work with. My daughter fell in love with the fabric and I used it as a skirt with brushed poly as the lining and stretch lace for the bodice.

Ordering from Fabric Wholesale Direct is always a good experience. I am a little disappointed with the 'look' of the tie-dye, however. I guess the pixels are too big and rather than looking flowy or organic, the tie dye looks digital. I'm not sure if I am explaining that really well. Maybe the picture will illustrate better. The fabric does have a very nice feel to it.
