I ordered 1 yard of the orange version of the Kiwi lace along with two other products and wondered why my fabric hadn't shipped after 3 or 4 days of placing my order. Soon after, I received an e-mail telling me that the lace was not able to be fulfilled due to only having a remnant left and that leftover fragment not being up to FWD standards. Instead of taking the remnant at a 25% discount, I instructed the employee to cancel the lace and send the other fabrics by themselves; I would reorder the lace later. When I finally received my package, I opened it to find my fabrics and the 1 yard of lace. I was confused. As to the fabric, it's very pretty, although not a deep, vibrant orange as it appears in the photo, and the kiwi pattern is much larger than I anticipated, as I previously judged by the photos online. There were a few tiny spots on the fabric that were discolored to a light gray, almost like bleach had been splattered near it, but it was not terribly noticeable. Maybe that was why FWD didn't want to send the lace. Regardless, I like the lace, I just realized how crucial it can be to see and touch materials in person.
