Description
Crepe Scuba Knit fabric is a medium-weight firm 96% polyester and 4% spandex blend. This wonderful fabric has a soft grainy "crepe" texture on its surface with a smooth scuba-like texture on the backside of the fabric. This elegant stretch fabric has a vertical stretch and horizontal mechanical pull. Similar to a thin neoprene, this fabric has incredible elasticity, making it fun to work with. In addition, the scuba crepe fabric has a durable body and elegant drape and returns to its original shape once relaxed.
Crepe Scuba Knit fabric has that smooth backing which makes it great for dresses considering the crepe texture on its surface that will stand out. This fabric is great for apparel and such as dresses, skirts, pants, tops, athletic wear, jackets and more. The scuba crepe is also popularly used for draping, table covers, chair covers, and many other types of event decor.

This is a lovely knit fabric that gives the appeal of business casual. The texture is nice. It sews and washes well. I made a blazer with this fabric but a skirt or dress with nice drape would work well also. Would totally recommend.
