Neoprene Scuba fabric is 58” wide and manufactured with a blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, making it easy-to-clean and durable. This fabric is known for its exceptional ability to hold its structure and its superb insulating capability in keeping things hot/cold. It should be noted that closed cell foam neoprene fabric is needed for underwater diving.
